Initially, you need to launch Microsoft Outlook, then click on the ‘Tools’ tab, and select ‘Options’. When the ‘Options’ window opens up, you need to highlight the ‘Mail Format’ tab. After that, you need to click on the drop-down menu beside Plain Text and select HTML. After that, you need to put a in the box beside Use Microsoft Office Word to Edit Messages.  Then you need to choose the different font style for making your email look nice. Then you need to create a new email by clicking on the ‘New’ button. After that, you can insert any image in to the email by clicking on the Insert button. When you have inserted the picture, you need to leave the message open.

After that, you need to now open Microsoft Word or Publisher and create a rich application or document. After that, when you have actually finished creating your document, click on the ‘File’ menu and then select the Web Page Preview. This will in turn open up the document as a webpage in the web browser. Then, you need to click on the ‘File’ tab in the web browser. You need to then select ‘Send’, and then select the ‘Page by Email’ option. This will in turn open up a new email message in Outlook with the particular document that you will find in the message body.
