Microsoft Outlook has become one of the most popular and

- In the Outlook window,
click on the Tools menu and
then on E-mail accounts. This will open up a configuration
window. Click on the option named View
or change existing directories or address books and then on the Next button.
- Click on the Outlook Address Book option and then on the Change button. This will open another window. You can now select the field in which you need to sort the address book entries. After selecting the field, click on the OK button.
- After doing all the above steps, click on the Close button and then on Finish. Click on the address book icon in the main window of Outlook program to test the new settings. If everything is configured correctly, the GAL will be displayed for you as per your preferences.
