Steps To Synchronize Outlook 2007 Between Two Systems

In Microsoft Outlook 2007, along with the basic mailing application, it’s possible to store contacts and calendar. If you try to access your Outlook account from a new system rather than from your regular computer, you may sometimes unable to view the old emails in the new system. The main reason for this is, Outlook 2007 doesn’t synchronize the data between two systems. But it’s possible to synchronize important data and information manually by saving the information in PST (Personal File Format) files.
Outlook help Instructions
Settings changes that need to be performed on the first system

Now tag along the file tab and then select the new option the given menu.
Now select the Outlook Data File option.
Then you have to choose the Office Outlook Personal Folders File (PST) option from the displayed file types list followed by hitting the OK button next to it.
Now assign a file name for the new PST file. When done, trigger the open button and locate the place where you want to save the file. When done trigger the OK button to save the file.
Now trigger the folder list option under the GO menu.
Now right-click on the contact folder option and from the context menu thus formed, choose the option labeled copy folder. Select the folder file that you have just created followed by pressing the OK button to copy the contacts to the new PST file, repeat the procedure for synchronizing calendar, tasks, and emails, if you want to share these between two systems.
Now transfer the saved PST files to a USB flash drive.
On the Second System
First you need to transfer the copied files to your system.
Once you finish copying, launch the Microsoft Outlook 2007 application.
Click on the file tab on the top menu bar and from the given menu; select the options called Import and Export.
Then you need to click Import from another program or file option followed by hitting the next button.
Now select Personal Folder file (.pst) as the import file type, and after that click the next button.
Locate the place where you want to move the PST file.
When done click on the file name and then click the next button.
To finish the process, click the finish button.
I think this information from the Outlook Help panel is enough to synchronize Outlook 2007 between two systems. Thank you!
